There is some very helpful information in this report, in particular relating to financial payments of various parties.
We do however feel some of the information should be expanded on further.

Intriguing that http://www.acc.co.nz awarded the contract,it appears without putting it out for Tender process, to Woodings Construction (Laurie Wooding)to build the new Whangarei Branch office.
Appears Laurie Wooding was also reliant on Government contracts.

We hope the newish ACC Whangarei Branch hasn't suffered from having a leaky building or damp spots due to the lack of compliance that Laurie Wooding has towards his buildings complying to the specifications of the Law.
Have Woodings Construction cared to pay there contractors?
We are aware they are known to not do so.
This in turn causes unnecessary to distress to those builders etc whom are expected to pay their http://www.acc.co.nz Levies on time and prefer not to be penalised for late payments.
